Mineralys appoints Kristine Peterson and Lonnel Coats to Board

The Board of Directors appointed Kristine Peterson as a Class I director effective October 19, 2026, with a term expiring at the 2027 annual meeting. She serves on the Audit Committee. Lonnel Coats was appointed as a Class II director effective the same date, with a term expiring at the 2028 annual meeting, and serves on the Compensation Committee. The Board size increased from seven to nine directors. Each new director received standard non-employee compensation grants, including options for 16,600 shares and RSUs for 12,400 shares vesting over three years.
