Net earnings decreased 32 percent to $30.3 million due to tax expenses related to the completed spin-off of Performance Technologies on October 1. Adjusted EBITDA rose 31 percent to $136.2 million, and adjusted EPS increased 27 percent to $1.35. The company updated its full-year fiscal 2027 outlook, excluding the spun-off business, projecting net sales of $3.1 billion to $3.2 billion and adjusted EBITDA between $470 million and $500 million.
