MSCI Inc. appointed Andrew C. Wiechmann as interim principal accounting officer effective August 10, 2026, following the departure of the Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer disclosed in March 2026. Wiechmann will retain his role as Chief Financial Officer while assuming these additional duties until a permanent successor is named. Kristine Johnson was also appointed interim Global Controller on the same date, reporting to Wiechmann; she previously served as Commercial Controller and Head of Revenue Operations since April 2025. No new compensatory arrangements were established for Wiechmann in connection with this appointment.
