On June 26, 2026, Magnachip Semiconductor Corporation appointed Chae Lee as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Lee's compensation includes an annual base salary of $560,000, a target annual cash bonus of 100% of base salary, and an initial equity award of 875,000 shares consisting of 288,750 RSUs, 437,500 PSUs, and 148,750 stock options. Consequently, Camillo Martino resigned as Interim CEO effective July 1, 2026, though he remains Chairman of the Board; his 105,484 RSUs were accelerated to full vesting.
