Nordson completes acquisition of Contrinex for $168M enterprise value

Nordson Corporation completed its acquisition of Contrinex Holding SA, a Swiss manufacturer of inductive, photoelectric, and smart measurement sensors. The transaction was executed by Nordson London Limited for an enterprise value of approximately $168 million USD. Contrinex generates roughly $50 million in annual revenue and employs nearly 500 people. Its technology portfolio supports factory automation, machine control, and harsh-environment positioning applications. The acquired business will be integrated into Nordson’s Advanced Technology Solutions segment to expand the company's industrial sensing capabilities.
