Intellia Therapeutics entered into a $400 million senior secured credit facility with OrbiMed on September 4, 2026. The company drew $75 million upfront at closing. Additional tranches totaling up to $325 million are available based on milestones: $75 million upon FDA approval of the BLA for lonvoguran ziclumeran (lonvo-z), three $40 million draws upon achieving specific revenue targets for lonvo-z, and a $30 million draw upon reaching an equity fundraising target. The facility matures in September 2031 with interest at SOFR plus 6.15%. Intellia Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing CRISPR-based gene editing therapies.
