Intellia Therapeutics reported positive Phase 3 HAELO trial results for lonvoguran ziclumeran (lonvo-z) in patients with hereditary angioedema, showing an 87% reduction in mean monthly attacks compared to placebo. The trial met its primary endpoint and secondary endpoints, including a 62% attack-free rate for patients in the lonvo-z arm. The company initiated a rolling biologics license application with the FDA in April and anticipates a U.S. launch in the first half of 2027.
