Nucor Corporation reported consolidated net earnings attributable to stockholders of $1.32 billion, or $5.80 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended October 3, 2026. Net sales reached $11.25 billion, up from $10.40 billion in the second quarter and $8.52 billion a year earlier. EBITDA was $2.28 billion. The company returned approximately $629 million to shareholders during the quarter through share repurchases of 2.03 million shares at an average price of $247.04 per share and dividend payments. On September 18, 2026, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.56 per share, payable on November 10, 2026, to holders of record as of September 30, 2026. Nucor is North America’s largest steel producer and recycler.
