Nova Minerals Corp completed a redomiciliation from an Australian corporation to a Nevada corporation, making Nova Minerals Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of the new US Holdco. As a result, the primary listing changed from the ASX to the NYSE American LLC under the symbols NVA and NVAWS. Holders of ASX ordinary shares received one CDI for every ordinary share, while OTC and ADS holders received one share of US Holdco Common Stock for every 12 ordinary shares or one ADS respectively.
