newcleo plc has completed its previously announced acquisition of Bonifait Pesage, a French manufacturer of nuclear-grade scales and precision weighing equipment. The transaction valued the target at an equity value of €1.8 million, with consideration comprising cash and newcleo shares. This move extends newcleo's vertical integration strategy, which began in 2023 with acquisitions of Fucina, SRS, and Rütschi, by bringing specialist weighing capabilities in-house to support its planned mixed-oxide (MOX) fuel manufacturing facilities in the US and Europe.
