His term expires at the Annual Meeting on May 13, 2027, and he will serve on the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Stewardship Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Muncrief is the retired President and CEO of Devon Energy and currently serves on the board of Williams Companies.
