OLIN Corp amends credit agreement to provide $750M term loan and $1.75B revolver
OLNOLIN Corp
OLIN Corporation entered into a Second Amendment to its Credit Agreement on October 27, 2026, establishing new senior debt facilities contingent upon the closing of its merger with Huntsman Corporation. The amendment creates a $750 million term loan facility and a $1.75 billion revolving credit facility, scheduled to mature five years after the closing date. Proceeds are expected to refinance existing indebtedness, terminate Huntsman's revolving credit facility, and fund working capital. Concurrently, Olin Winchester LLC executed a Fifteenth Amendment to its bond agreement to align covenants with the new credit terms. The company manufactures chemicals and ammunition components.
