Oxford Industries extends $325M credit facility maturity to October 2031

OXMOxford Industries Inc

Oxford Industries entered into a third amendment to its $325 million senior secured, asset-based revolving credit agreement. The amendment extends the maturity date from March 6, 2028, to October 29, 2031. It also streamlines interest rate calculations by removing the SOFR credit spread adjustment while keeping effective rates unchanged, and modifies provisions regarding acquisitions, investments, and restricted payments to provide additional flexibility. The company operates in the apparel industry, owning brands such as Tommy Bahama.
