Dean Liollio appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer to succeed Chris Chandler

Plains All American Pipeline announced that Chris Chandler will resign as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective October 2, 2026, to pursue other interests. Dean Liollio has been appointed to succeed him in the role, also effective October 2, 2026. Mr. Liollio previously served as Senior Vice President of Special Projects since June 2024 and holds prior leadership experience at Plains Midstream Canada and EnergySouth, Inc. As part of his compensation package, he will receive an annual base salary of $625,000, a bonus target equal to 150% of base salary, and a time-based promotional long-term incentive plan grant of 150,000 phantom units vesting in August 2029. The company operates in the midstream energy sector, owning and operating infrastructure for crude oil logistics.
