Charles (Chuck) Jeannes is retiring from the Board of Directors of Pan American Silver Corp., effective October 31, 2026. Mr. Jeannes joined the company following its acquisition of Tahoe Resources Inc. in 2019 and has served as an invaluable member of the Board since that time. He is stepping away to focus on his role as Chair of the Board of Directors of Equinox Gold Corp., a position he assumed on July 31, 2026. Pan American Silver is a leading producer of silver and gold in the Americas.
