PACS Group names Patrick J. Murphy as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary following John Mitchell's retirement

PACS Group, Inc. announced that John Mitchell retired as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary effective September 18, 2026. Under a transition agreement, Mitchell will serve as a non-employee consultant for up to 12 months, receiving twelve months of base salary continuation, COBRA premium subsidies, accelerated vesting on a portion of his restricted stock units, and continued quarterly vesting of the remainder. Patrick J. Murphy succeeded Mitchell in these roles effective September 21, 2026. PACS Group is a holding company investing in post-acute healthcare facilities, professionals, and ancillary services.
