Pampa Energía announced that the Ministry of Economy published Resolution No. 1.468/2026 approving its Fertilizer Project under the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI). The project, developed by subsidiary Fértil Pampa S.A.U., involves constructing a complex with a capacity of 6,000 metric tons per day of granular urea, totaling 2.1 million metric tons annually. The estimated total investment is approximately US$2.7 billion. This regulatory approval qualifies the initiative as a Long-Term Strategic Export Project. Pampa Energía operates in the energy and utilities sector, producing and distributing natural gas, electricity, and petroleum products.
