PAMPampa Energy Inc.

Pampa Energía reported third-quarter 2026 sales of US$790 million, a 34% increase year-on-year, driven by normalized wholesale energy market conditions, higher spot prices, and increased crude oil volumes. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA rose 23% to US$398 million, supported by strong thermal generation margins and vertical integration benefits. Net income attributable to shareholders reached US$129 million, six times the prior-year quarter, aided by lower deferred tax expenses and improved operating performance. The company also announced regulatory approvals for major capital projects, including a US$2.7 billion urea facility under Argentina's RIGI incentive regime and additional gas transportation capacity awards. Pampa Energía operates as an independent integrated energy company with significant interests in Argentine oil, natural gas, electricity generation, and petrochemicals.
