Pembina reports Q3 earnings of $0.92 per share as NGL margins and volumes drive profit growth

PBAPembina Pipeline Corp

Pembina Pipeline reported third-quarter 2026 earnings of $570 million, or $0.92 per basic and diluted share, up from $286 million in the prior year period. Adjusted earnings increased by $47 million to $479 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose $94 million to $1.13 billion. The results were driven by higher NGL margins from premium propane prices in Asian markets via West Coast exports and strong operational performance across Pipelines and Facilities divisions. These gains were partially offset by the impact of a new toll structure on the Alliance Pipeline and higher income tax expenses. Cash flow from operating activities increased to $900 million. Pembina is a leading energy transportation and midstream service provider that owns an extensive network of pipelines, processing facilities, and logistics assets across North America.
