Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras announced the redemption of US$670,009,000 of its 7.375% Global Notes due 2027 on June 26, 2026. The total redemption price, including a make-whole premium of US$10,745,037.51 and accrued interest of US$21,824,147.32, will be approximately US$680,754,037.51. Petrobras Global Finance B.V. will fund the redemption using available cash on hand. Petrobras is an integrated petroleum corporation operating in the energy sector.
