Petrobras signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PEMEX to establish strategic and technical cooperation in the hydrocarbons industry. The agreement covers exploration and production, including deepwater and ultra-deepwater opportunities in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as industrial processes like refining, petrochemicals, and carbon capture.
