Procore Technologies consummated its previously announced merger with DroneDeploy on September 9, 2026. Under the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger executed on July 27, 2026, Procore acquired DroneDeploy for a purchase price of approximately $845.0 million in cash, subject to adjustments for working capital, transaction expenses, cash, and indebtedness. DroneDeploy continues as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Procore.
