Pro-Dex extends Costa Mesa leases to 2030 and signs new 5,800 sq ft industrial lease

Pro-Dex's subsidiary Advanced Precision Machining renewed existing leases for approximately 2,500 square feet of office and manufacturing space in Costa Mesa through September 2030, with base rent increases ranging from 4.0% to 6.6%. The company also signed a new gross lease for an additional 5,800-square-foot industrial unit at the same location, commencing November 1, 2026, with monthly base rent starting at $11,600 and escalating annually through 2030. Pro-Dex manufactures precision machined components.
