Reports Q3 net income of $0.76 per share, reaffirms full-year non-GAAP operating earnings guidance

Public Service Enterprise Group reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $376 million, or $0.76 per diluted share, down from $622 million in the prior year period. Non-GAAP operating earnings were $574 million, or $1.15 per share, compared to $565 million, or $1.13 per share, a year ago. Year-to-date net income was $1.45 billion ($2.91 per share), while non-GAAP operating earnings reached $1.78 billion ($3.56 per share). The company maintained its 2026 full-year non-GAAP operating earnings guidance of $4.28 to $4.40 per share. PSEG operates New Jersey’s largest transmission and distribution utility and owns a fleet of nuclear power generating units.
