Pharming Group N.V. announced that a late-breaking abstract highlighting positive topline data from its Phase II trial with leniolisib in genetically identifiable primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs) with immune dysregulation has been accepted at the ESID 2026 conference. The single-arm, open-label study evaluated safety and efficacy in 13 subjects, demonstrating a favorable safety profile and clinical improvements including a mean 26.4% spleen volume reduction. Nine of the enrolled patients also had common variable immunodeficiency (CVID). Pharming expects to report topline results from a separate Phase II trial of leniolisib in CVID patients during the fourth quarter of 2026.
