Pharming Group N.V. reported second quarter 2026 total revenues of US$90.2 million, a 3% decrease from the prior year period. RUCONEST revenue fell 10% to US$72.3 million due to market dynamics and inventory drawdowns, while Joenja (leniolisib) revenue surged 40% to US$17.9 million driven by U.S. growth and a new European launch in Germany. Operating profit declined to US$1.3 million from US$10.8 million, impacted by US$4.9 million in manufacturing-related inventory impairments and costs associated with closing its Évry, France production site. The company revised its 2026 total revenue guidance down by US$30 million to a range of US$375 million–US$395 million but improved operating expense guidance by US$15 million to US$315 million–US$320 million. Pharming anticipates near-term clinical readouts for leniolisib in CVID patients in the fourth quarter 2026 and expects RUCONEST revenues to stabilize in the second half of the year. Pharming Group N.V. is a global biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing innovative therapies for rare, debilitating, and life-threatening diseases.
