Kayana Solutions Inc., a digital innovation company in which PLDT holds a 45% equity interest, completed its acquisition of 504,948 common shares of CIS Bayad Center Inc. from Manila Electric Company and its subsidiary Corporate Information Solutions Inc. for Php2.7 billion on November 3, 2026. The transaction results in Bayad becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Kayana. PLDT operates as the largest telecommunications provider in the Philippines.
