Children's Place appoints Elizabeth LaPuma to board and Audit Committee

The Children’s Place appointed Elizabeth A. LaPuma as an independent director and audit committee member effective October 2, 2026. Her term lasts until January 31, 2027 or the completion of a restructuring transaction, whichever is later. Under her letter agreement, she receives $13,500 upfront plus $45,000 monthly, with a guaranteed minimum of $193,500 during the term. LaPuma brings over 25 years of experience in financial advisory and corporate governance, having served on boards at Big Lots and WeWork. The Children’s Place operates as a pure-play children's specialty retailer in North America.
