Longtime director Glenn E. Corlett retires after 22 years; Board size reduced to seven

Preformed Line Products Company announced that Glenn E. Corlett retired from the Board of Directors effective October 28, 2026. Mr. Corlett served as a director since 2004 and previously chaired the Compensation Committee and served on the Audit Committee. To address the resulting vacancy, the Board reduced its size to seven directors and appointed current board member R. Steven Kestner to the Audit Committee. The company operates in the telecommunications infrastructure industry, manufacturing and distributing products for utility networks.
