PMV Pharmaceuticals appointed Dr. Matthew Eckler, a Principal at Samsara BioCapital with over two decades of healthcare investment experience, to its Board of Directors on October 1, 2026. His term expires at the 2029 Annual Meeting. Compensation includes $40,000 in annual cash and an initial stock option grant for 84,000 shares. The appointment coincides with the completion of enrollment in the Phase 2 monotherapy portion of the PYNNACLE trial and preparations to submit a New Drug Application for rezatapopt in Q1 2027.
