Pool Corporation appointed Jean-Marc Germain as an independent director effective September 30, 2026, increasing the Board size from eight to nine members. Mr. Germain, former CEO of Constellium SE and current Special Advisor, joins the Strategic Planning Committee and will serve until the 2027 annual meeting.
