ParkerVision appoints William G. Walters to its Board of Directors

The Board of Directors expanded from four to five members and unanimously appointed William G. Walters as a Class II director to fill the new vacancy. Mr. Walters is retired from an investment banking career focused on micro and small cap companies, having raised over $3 billion for clients including Cheyenne Software and Take Two Interactive. He holds degrees from Wharton and Harvard Business School and will receive standard non-employee director compensation. ParkerVision invents, develops, and licenses proprietary radio-frequency technologies for wireless communication products.
