United Parks & Resorts Inc. reported third-quarter results with total revenue of $506.5 million, a 1.1% decrease from the prior year period, and net income of $80.0 million, down 10.5%. Attendance fell to 6.5 million guests, a decline of approximately 4.7%, primarily due to unfavorable weather, calendar impacts, and reduced international visitation. Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 5.1% to $205.1 million. Despite lower attendance, total revenue per capita increased 3.8% to $78.29, driven by higher admission pricing and in-park spending. The company also reported first-nine-month net income of $109.2 million on revenues of $1,268.1 million. United Parks & Resorts Inc. operates a portfolio of theme parks and entertainment brands including SeaWorld and Busch Gardens.
