Discovery, Inc. from the European Commission on July 22, 2026, and the European Commission under the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation on July 14, 2026, following a Phase 1 review. The Fair Trade Commission of South Korea also provided unconditional approval on July 10, 2026. Paramount Skydance Corporation is a media and entertainment company.
