Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC completed the conversion of approximately USD 300 million in debt owed to Geely Sweden Automotive Investment B.V. into 15,511,892 Class A ADS and approximately USD 66 million in debt owed to Snita Holding B.V. into 3,864,300 Class A ADS on June 30, 2026. Additionally, the company's Green Trade Finance Facility was increased by EUR 50 million to a total of EUR 450 million through the addition of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited to the syndicate.
