Qnity Electronics appointed Ken Rizvi as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Michael Goss will transition from Interim CFO to Vice President of Finance & Controllership. Rizvi brings over 25 years of semiconductor finance experience, most recently serving as CFO at Synaptics. His compensation includes a $600,000 annual base salary, a target short-term incentive of 90% of base, and a $10 million equity buyout award consisting of restricted stock units and performance stock units to replace forfeited awards from his previous role. He is also eligible for a $5.5 million long-term incentive award and standard executive severance benefits.
