QIAGEN N.V. appointed Jonathan M. Pratt as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026, succeeding Thierry Bernard who stepped down from the Managing Board. Pratt brings over 25 years of leadership experience in life sciences and laboratory technologies, most recently serving as CEO of Filtration Group until its sale to Parker-Hannifin Corporation in August 2026. The Supervisory Board selected Pratt for his global industry knowledge and proven track record of improving performance. Bernard will support an orderly transition through the end of the year. QIAGEN reaffirmed its outlook for the third quarter and full-year 2026 while continuing a strategic review with independent advisors to create shareholder value. QIAGEN operates in the life sciences and molecular diagnostics industry, providing sample-to-insight solutions for extracting and analyzing molecular information from biological samples.
