Quanome receives $13.5M prepayment for dedicated AI inference services under $100M enterprise order

Quanome Technologies' subsidiary XDT Infrastructure received a $13.5 million milestone payment from an enterprise customer, marking the first tranche of funds toward its dedicated AI computing capacity build-out. This payment is part of a 60-month enterprise agreement with a total commitment value exceeding $100 million, payable via fixed monthly fees that are not reduced for usage below committed levels. The company intends to use these prepayments primarily for procuring GPU servers and related infrastructure. Quanome previously announced approximately $37.6 million in purchase agreements for 64 GPU server units to support this managed AI computing business. Quanome Technologies operates in the quantum technology, artificial intelligence systems, and advanced nuclear sectors.
