Ferrari N.V. purchased an additional 34,212 common shares on the Euronext Milan between October 12 and 16, 2026, for a total consideration of approximately €11.96 million. This transaction represents the third tranche of the company's multi-year share repurchase program, which was announced in September 2026 with an expected execution value of €3.5 billion by 2030. Since the start of the broader program on January 5, 2026, Ferrari has acquired a total of 2,066,519 shares for approximately €640 million. As of October 16, 2026, the company held 1.10% of its issued common shares in treasury. Ferrari N.V. designs, manufactures, and sells luxury sports cars.
