RBB Bancorp announced that Gary Fan, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of its wholly-owned subsidiary Royal Business Bank, will conclude his tenure effective September 30, 2026. The decision not to renew Mr. Fan's employment agreement, which expires December 4, 2026, was made mutually on August 31, 2026 as part of a leadership transition plan. Upon departure, Mr. Fan is entitled to severance equal to six months of his current annual base salary, contingent upon executing a general release of claims.
