Recon Technology, Ltd announced a 1-for-200 share consolidation of its Class A Ordinary Shares to increase the per-share trading price and support listing requirements. The consolidation becomes effective on August 18, 2026, with shares beginning to trade on a split-adjusted basis at that time. The company's authorized Class A share capital will be amended to 15,000,000 shares with a par value of US$0.02 each, while Class B Ordinary Shares remain unchanged at 20,000,000 shares. Recon Technology, Ltd operates in the technology sector.
