Republic Airways reports Q3 net income of $34.6M, raises full-year adjusted EPS guidance above $3.30

Republic Airways Holdings Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 revenues of $553.5 million, a 34% increase year-over-year, driven by the integration of Mesa Airlines and increased block hour production. The company posted net income of $34.6 million, or $0.75 per diluted share, and adjusted pre-tax income of $55.6 million. Management raised its full-year 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to above $3.30 and lifted adjusted EBITDAR expectations to a range of $410–$420 million. The airline also announced an agreement with American Airlines to place five additional aircraft into service in December 2026. Republic Airways operates regional passenger flights under codeshare agreements for major carriers including American, Delta, and United.
