Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory appointed David Denker as Chief Operating Officer, effective August 14, 2026. The Board approved the appointment on August 18, 2026, following an amendment to his employment agreement dated August 16, 2026. Mr. Denker’s annual base salary is $185,000, with a target cash incentive bonus of 50% of base salary and restricted stock units valued at $82,500. He previously served as Vice President of Franchise Development since September 2025.
