Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. announced the details of Allen C. Harper's appointment as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Principal Executive Officer, effective June 30, 2026. Under the terms of most of the Offer Letter, Mr. Harper will receive an annual base salary of $140,000 and a $130,000 special equity incentive grant of restricted stock units (RSUs) that vest in six equal monthly installments.
