Red Robin replaces prior credit agreement with $115M secured facility maturing in 2031
RRGBRed Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc
On October 2, 2026, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers terminated its existing credit agreement and entered into a new five-year, $115 million secured Credit Agreement. The facility comprises a $25 million revolving line of credit and a $90 million term loan maturing on October 2, 2031. Proceeds were used to pay off all outstanding borrowings under the prior agreement, along with accrued interest and fees. The company also entered into a new Pledge and Security Agreement granting a first-priority security interest in substantially all assets. This refinancing follows the sale of approximately $96 million worth of 116 company-owned restaurants as part of its First Choice Plan to strengthen the balance sheet. Red Robin operates a casual dining restaurant chain serving gourmet burgers.
