Rhythm Pharmaceuticals announced interim six-month Phase 2 trial data for setmelanotide in patients with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). Results showed a 3.06% mean BMI reduction in the total group and a 3.11% reduction in adults. The trial also demonstrated preservation of lean mass and reductions in fat mass.
