BRC Group agrees to acquire Sangoma for $204M in cash and stock

On September 28, 2026, Sangoma Technologies entered a definitive agreement to be acquired by BRC Group Holdings in an all-share and cash transaction valued at approximately $204 million enterprise value. Shareholders will receive US$4.925 in cash and 0.04767 shares of BRC common stock per Sangoma share, representing a premium of roughly 47% to the closing price. The deal is expected to close by early 2027, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
