BRC Group agrees to acquire Sangoma Technologies in deal expected to close early 2027

Sangoma Technologies Corporation announced that its Board approved and entered into a definitive arrangement agreement for the sale of the Company to BRC Group Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RILY). An affiliate of BRC will acquire all issued and outstanding common shares in a transaction subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, with closing expected no later than early 2027. The filing also includes unaudited financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2027 ended September 30, reporting revenue of $50.1 million and a net loss of $2.9 million. Sangoma Technologies Corporation is a leading provider of hardware and software components that enable or enhance Internet Protocol Communications Systems for telecom and datacom applications.
