Solaris Energy Infrastructure announced that its subsidiary intends to offer $1.0 billion in aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2032 via a private placement under Rule 144A and Regulation S. The company plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, growth capital expenditures, and offering expenses. This financing supports Solaris's strategic transformation into a provider of behind-the-meter power infrastructure for data centers, following recent acquisitions including Omega Foundation Services, Global Energy Services Alliance, and Genco Power Solutions. These transactions have expanded its contracted capacity to over 3,300 MW by end-2029 and increased its workforce to more than 2,100 employees. Solaris operates in the power infrastructure sector, delivering generation, distribution, installation, and maintenance services primarily for data centers and industrial clients.
