Sarfraz Maredia resigned from the Board of Directors of Serve Robotics Inc. effective June 17, 2026. The Board appointed Andreas Lieber to fill the resulting Class I director vacancy, effective June 22, 2026. Mr. Lieber, currently General Manager at California Forever and former Interim CEO of Postmates, will serve until the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. His appointment was made following a recommendation by the nominating and corporate governance committee. Serve Robotics Inc. develops autonomous robotics technology.
